If I could give no stars I would this Starbucks location is horrible with customer service. It's happy hour today which means 50% off but for some reason the cashier is too stupid or lazy to give me my discount. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost they just want money and don't want to help the consumer who pays they paychecks. If it wasn't for us Starbucks would be nothing!!!! This location needs a whole new staff that understands customer service! With all the freeloaders in this place you would think they would want business, but these workers don't care about nothing!!!

Starbucks coffee is a little on the pricey side, but awesome coffee and cozy ambiance, including a fireplace! Definitely worth it! Friendly staff. Multiple outlets for chargers. Rarely get my order wrong. The Howard Beach Starbucks has an upper floor with a deck overlooking the Jamaica Bay inlet. It's more like home than a coffee place. Service is fast. Parking is competitive at all locations.

This has been my go to Starbucks for years. I love the vibe of this location because it's right next to the water. It provides a nice hang out spot to chat with friends or just relax with a good book. The staff it always efficient and friendly despite the heavy flow of customers and the drinks are always consistent.

Benn going to this Starbucks for years. It has a nice Creek outside with seats to enjoy the view while sipping your drink. Nice staff and ne of their nicer locations.

The young lady who took my order was lovely. Unfortunately that wasn’t my overall experience! I had two puppies with me and after ordering and paying swapped spots with my friend, so they’d pick up our drink and I’d stay outside with the dogs. Anyway when they didn’t come out with water, I quickly went inside for water to be told by the barista, who originally tried to pretend that she didn’t hear me talking to her, that I needed to order water with my beverage order. After spending $20 and being outside in the hot sun, this was horrible customer service. Severely frustrated I walked out the Starbucks without water back into the heat, $20 later. I have medications I needed to take and don’t think it should take over explaining things to get water at Starbucks. Love your job, love customer service or leave it! The public shouldn’t have to be subjected to your transient moods.
